Lampu berjalan atau biasa disebut juga Radar Led. 

Pertama daya yang dialirkan dari baterai mengalir melalui resistor untuk memperkecil dan memperlambat daya lalu arus masuk ke dalam variabel resistor untuk diatur hambatannya seberapa kecil arus yang akan lewat dengan begini kita dapat mengatur kecepatan nyala lampu LED, lalu arus listrik melewati kapasitor, kapasitor ini digunakan untuk menyimpan tenaga, lalu selanjutnya arus masuk ke dalam IC NF555 untuk di olah didalamnya, kegunaan IC NF555 disini adalah untuk dapat menghasilkan sinyal pendetak / sinyal kotak yang akan dikirimkan ke IC 4017, guna IC 4017 disini adalah sebagai pencacah atau pembagi arus listrik untuk menyalakan lampu LED secara bergantian sesuai dengan kecepatan arus yang masuk dan pengaturan dari variabel resistor, lalu arus listrik tersebut mengalir ke lampu LED secara bergantian, lalu kita dapat melihat lampu tersebut seolah berjalan hidup bergiliran,
