download za tools below!
first download the theme and the uxtheme patch if u don't have it in the link below
then install the uxtheme patch and reboot ur computer
after that extract and copy the content of the theme to your directory
C:\windows\resources\themes
then install AeroGlass
and choose the theme on the personalization menu on the desktop
