it's good enough to make ur desktop more customizable with this theme, not with the default Windows 8.1 theme that make everyone sick, hmm i think not every one, LOL
how to install,
first download the theme and the uxtheme patch if u don't have it in the link below
then install the uxtheme patch and reboot ur computer
after that extract and copy the content of the theme to your directory
C:\windows\resources\themes
and choose the theme on the personalization menu on the desktop
